Book a personal fitness assessment to determine if you are super fit ... or not! 

  • Great stamina but overweight?
  • Strong but inflexible?
  • Correct BMI but little muscle tone?


There are many measures of fitness, not just the 3 S's of stamina, strength and speed.  Compare yourself against national norms.

  • Cardiovascular fitness / stamina
  • Muscular endurance / strength
  • Flexibility
  • Body Composition - % body fat
  • BMI / weight - are you "obese" or not?? 
  • Hydration - are you dehydrated?
  • Blood Pressure

Tests according to ability / preference. Can include Bleep Test, Chester Step Test, timed mile run, timed mile walk, 3 min step test, upper body and abdominal endurance tests.

Individual tests also designed.
Cost £35 - takes appx 1 hour

  • Is your diet healthy?
  • Do you eat enough of the right things?
  • Is your diet killing you?

Through comprehensive food diaries, your Trainer can calculate your total daily calories plus the relative intakes of fat, protein and carbohydrate
