NOELLE WATSON'S FAT LOSS BOOT CAMP
A weight loss course of 12 weight loss exercise sessions in 4 or 6 weeks, either mornings or evenings for a group of 15 - 35 people. Men and women all welcome.

Each speciality weight loss Boot Camp is packed full of  LOTS of exercise plus LOTS of hints & tips to help you to make the most of it.
