Your Programme will be as unique as you are!

HOW IT WORKS


Registration This first session lasts 90 minutes. Your goals are discussed.  Through questionnaires, lifetsyle analysis and assessments you and your Personal Trainer plan and agree your Programme together.

How many sessions  The number that you have is dependent upon your availability, your pocket, your motivation and your goals. The more that you book the cheaper they become. Some people work alone and see their trainer only fortnightly or monthly. Others do all their exercise with Noelle, 3 - 4 x weekly. There are no rules.
What will you do? The content of your Programme will be as unique as you are. For example, if you like walking or dancing thenyou will be encouraged to walk or dance. Perhaps you have a gym at home and need motivation to use it. If you want to run 10k or a marathon you will be given a programme that develops from your current ability. Some clients make only lifestyle changes to achieve what they need. Every body is different!
 
Measure progress along the way  Some like to know that their weight or BMI is improving or to see clothes fitting better. Others may perhaps like to know they can run or walk faster or longer. You will always know how well you are doing. Regular monitoring is essential.

Free Fitness Classes  As part of your Programme you will be entitled to attend Circuit Training sessions at St Asaph Leisure Centre, 7pm on Mondays and Thursday FREE OF CHARGE. Provided that you take your PT sessions weekly or fortnightly, you will be given complimentary passes which you simply hand in at Reception. Noelle takes the classes personally - its like 2 extra personal training sessions each week. Have a look at the Circuit Training page.

Free Nutritional Analysis  If weight loss is a goal then you will be offered this in-depth analysis of what you eat - how many calories daily, how many carbs, proteins and fats. It will shed light on why you gained weight in the first place.

Post Programme  When you feel that your goals have been reached you will receive a full report upon your progress, plus recommendations for the new you in the future. Noelle is always only a phone call, a text or an email away if you need further sessions.

Registration - £85 per person
Personal Training  (single person) - £35 per hour (half hours available at £25).
Personal Training (two people) - £40 per hour

6 calendar months - £700          20 weeks to allow for hols etc
