FAT LOSS BOOTCAMPS  Do I have to be fit to do them? No, you only have to be serious about weight loss! Fat Loss Bootcamp is full of people who really want to lose weight but aren't necessarily fit or regular exercisers. All I ask is that if you have any risk factors then you should consult your doctor before starting.

FAT LOSS BOOTCAMPS. Will you shout at me? No, I am not Harvey from celebrity Fit Club! I will encourage and motivate. At no point will you be made to feel inadequate. I am well aware of how difficult some people may find it to attend something like this.

FAT LOSS BOOTCAMPS. How difficult will it be? It will be as difficult as you choose to make it. I am a very experienced Trainer and am able to tailor each session to your needs. If you are fit I will push you. If you are struggling I will help you and give you options. Don't worry!

FITNESS BOOTCAMPS. What's the difference between this and the Fat Loss Bootcamp?  Fitness Camps are single day events for regular exercisers. They are to increase fitness. They are for those who LOVE exercise and enjoy variety, fun and a challenge or two.

How does the guarantee work within Personal Training?  You will be measured and assessed during your Registration and your goals will be discussed. You will be given a Programme which will, if adhered to strictly, produce the required results.
If at the end of your Programme there are no measurable changes to your weight, body composition or fitness , whichever is valid,  AND your Trainer is certain that you have followed recommendations totally, then a refund will be made.

I paid my Trainer, but  what guarantee do I have that she will turn up?
During Registraion you will complete a Contract with your Personal Trainer, setting out terms and conditions to protect you both.

How many sessions will I need? This is a very individual question. Different people work in different ways, some needing more motivation and encouragement than others. Your needs will be assessed and advice given to your own situation. But the best results happen when PT contact is 1- 3 x per week.

Do I need equipment? If you have your own equipment that you would like to use then that's great. If not, EITHER your Trainer will bring equipment OR you can purchase suitable equipment at discount prices.

What is the minimum / maximum age for Personal Training?  16 - 106!!

What if I am ill and can't complete my Programme? If you are ill you can opt to save your sessions for 6 months. If after that time you still cannot complete your Programme due to health reasons, then a refund of the  outstanding pre paid sessions can be made.

What happens at the end of the Programme? Some people feel that once their Programme is finished and they are no longer being "checked up on" that they will revert back to old ways and old problems will reoccurr. For this reason we offer TRAINER OUT PROGRAMMES. This is a gradual phasing out of Trainer interaction time, allowing clients to become fully independent with confidence. Your Trainer will train you to manage without her!

I am a past client. Do I have to pay the Registration Fee again? If you finished your Programme within the last 2 years then NO you don't!!  Just contact and we'll be happy to have you back.

Confidentiality All personal details are treated with the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity. Your details will not ever be passed on to any third parties. No photographs or quotes will be used in publicity without clients' express permission (however clients are normally so delighted with results that they tell everyone anyway!)
